Refunds of Made To Order Garments

We do not offer refunds unless the garment has a fault or there has been a mistake. Please contact us, using the enquiry button on the store page within 7 days of receiving your order with a valid reason and photos for the return of your order.

All sales are final and once an order is placed, our garments are made to order and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Refunds are not given if you change your mind.

We take great care in photographing our garments and ensuring that the colour represented on our website is as closely matched to the finished product as possible. However, not all screens are created equal and cannot ensure that the garments you receive will be exactly the same as what you see on your computer or device. Please follow all care instructions on the care labels sewn into each garment to ensure longevity out of your garment.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of reviewing your returned item if it is deemed refundable. All refunds are made at the discretion of Honey & Rose Designs. You will also be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

At Darlila we take care in ensuring each garment we send is in excellent condition. However, if you are not happy with your purchase we accept returns based on the following conditions. Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn with all tags still attached. If you receive a faulty item you are eligible for a full refund. Any other reason for return such as a change of mind will be offered a store credit. We offer exchanges for items of the same price if you would like a different size or colour. However, we will not cover any return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item being returned is faulty. If you need to return an item, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping.
