Natalija’s designs are magnificent! I have shopped with her for a few years now and have at least a dozen of her beautiful pieces in my wardrobe. Her designs are unique, carefully made and fit well (they’re made to be worn, not just to look good) – which is why she is always my first port of call when I want something new. Natalija has creative flair in spades and takes a left of centre approach to her work, which I just love! Her colour schemes, cuts and finishing touches are all so well-considered, and her pieces are unlike anything you’ll find in department stores. I cannot remember a time where I wore one of Natalija’s pieces and haven’t received compliments on it – and on many occasions my friends have rushed to buy pieces they’ve seen me wearing (including one friend in the USA).

I have a number of pieces from Natalija Rushidi. Each piece is locally made and a piece of wearable art in its own right. Natalija’s designs can be dressed up or down, making them investment pieces for many seasons to come.

Natalija makes the most beautiful clothes. The custom outfit she made for me to wear to my son’s wedding was truly gorgeous and I felt so good in it.
I have several other pieces and always feel amazing when I wear them.

Free shipping is offered for orders within Australia. We do not offer free shipping on returns.

We do not offer refunds, but we do exchange and credit notes .
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not refund, but we do exchange and credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No returns/exchange are offered for sale items.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@natalijarushidi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like end of season sale items( reduced 50% and over to clear), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
