Australian Orders

Homestead Road provides free shipping on all our orders within Australia (orders over $200).  For orders under $200, we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping. With the option of express postage being a rate of $5. Given we live over 100kms from the nearest post office. Deliveries can vary but we will endeavour to post one to two days per week. Once posted, deliveries will take 1-2 weeks days from the date of shipping and for your security, all parcels are tracked. Customers will be notified when their order is dispatched and sent the Australia Post tracking number.  If for some reason the order is unable to be filled we will contact you to arrange a back order or refund.

International Orders

Homestead Road provides free shipping on all international orders over $350 (AUD).  Rates for orders under $350 (AUD) are varied depending on your location and will show up in the checkout when you enter your shipping address. All orders are expected to be delivered within 1-2 weeks of the date of shipping and for your security all parcels can be tracked. Customers will be notified when their order is dispatched and sent the Australia Post tracking number.  If for some reason the order is unable to be filled, we will contact you to arrange a back order or refund.

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange on any full price items.  We do not offer returns on any sale items unless deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Garments must be returned in a saleable condition (all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with original packaging).  Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.  All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of purchase (please remember that it may take up to 5 days for domestic orders to reach us via Australia Post). We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the time-frame. Post to RMB 650, Yuna WA 6532. If you wish to return an item, please email hello@homesteadroad.com.au to arrange a return.  We will then email you the return form. Please be aware: • Your refund or credit includes the cost of the product but not any shipping paid on the original order • Any refunds will be processed via the original method of payment • Store-credit notes are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Homestead Road is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services, taking note of your tracking number.
