Refund Policy
If your item is not quite right, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns and exchanges for Australian orders are accepted within 21 days from the date you receive your order and 30 days for international orders, items outside this period will be declined.
- Items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.
- A returns sheet is provided and must be included to receive a refund or exchange.
- We endeavour to process all returns within two business days of receiving and reviewing your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
- Please email admin@wallisandjazz.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty, we will treat this with priority.
- Exchanges will be re-sent at your cost. Wallis and Jazz is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and we recommend using a traceable delivery method with a tracking number.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
30 Days Returns You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibilty of the customer.
- Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be the responsibility of Wallis and Jazz. We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Wallis and Jazz is not responsible for returns that are not received.
- Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
- Select credit note on your returns slip included within your parcel.
- Credit notes are issued, and refunds are initiated within 4 business days of Wallis and Jazz your return.
- You will receive a credit note emailed to you for the value of the returned garment/s (minus shipping)
- Credit notes are final and cannot be redeemed for a refund once requested or initiated. Credit notes are issued with a 6-month expiry from the date of issue.
- Please follow your return tracking details to monitor your return delivery to Wallis and Jazz.
- Refunds and credit notes are processed within 4 business days of your return being received.
- If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
- You will receive a courtesy email update from Wallis and Jazz as soon as your refund or credit note has been initiated.
