Hello there! I’m Bel, the creative mind behind By Bel The Label. My lifelong passion for fashion, vibrant colours, and impeccable quality has been the driving force behind my journey to creating my label.
Ever since I was a child, I have been obsessed with clothing and was taught to sew by my mother at a young age. Though I’ve dabbled in sewing over the years, it was during the lockdown in Melbourne in 2020 that I fully immersed myself in the craft once again, and I’ve been sewing non-stop ever since. Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated myself to refining my skills, delving deeper into garment creation, pattern making, and design.
To further enrich my understanding of the fashion industry, I recently embarked on a journey of study at The National Fashion College. This has allowed me to broaden my knowledge and expertise, empowering me to bring even more creativity and understanding of the fashion industry.
Driven by the encouragement of friends who admired my creations, I’ve decided to take a leap of faith and share my passion with a wider audience. Each and every garment is meticulously designed and handcrafted by yours truly, ensuring that every piece embodies the essence of my vision and dedication.
