How do we ship your garments to you? Wherever you are in the world, we know that Es Una will be a valuable addition to your wardrobe, so we ship to all destinations. Upon receiving your payment, we will generally ship your order within one to five business days. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss. (In this instance, you may like to wait for stock to be available, refund or replace your item). On occasion, we take a design break (or holiday) and ship orders upon our return. A notice will be on our home page to advise if this is the case, announcing our ‘next shipping date’. Orders will be shipped using Australia Post and are trackable.
