Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 21 business days (3 weeks) for your order to be crafted and dispatched, unless otherwise stated. Each garment is made-to-order with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping Once your piece is ready, it will be shipped via Australia Post using the method selected at checkout (standard or express). A tracking number will be sent to your email once itโ€™s on the way. Rush Orders Need it sooner? Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

All garments are made to order, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or order cancellations. If a fit issue arises and alterations arenโ€™t possible, weโ€™ll work with you to find a fair solution. In the rare case your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assess the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.

We are not responsible for sizing issues where the measurements supplied by the customer are incorrect. If you’re unsure how to take your measurements, weโ€™re more than happy to guide you through the process before you order.
